Brock Lesnar's 10 Most Violent Moments

2. Lesnar vs. Hardcore Holly (Smackdown, September 12, 2002)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1UJg_IpB-w It€™s pretty high up on the list, so it must have been a really brutal and malicious fight, right? Well not really. Lesnar€™s match with Hardcore Holly, which was for the most part not that memorable and served as a typical €œfeed Lesnar another wrestler€ match, had one big moment during the match, but it was a big enough moment to nearly put an end to Holly€™s career. Lesnar had set Holly in position for a powerbomb, a move Lesnar had done multiple times and even managed to master once he started triple powerbombing wrestlers left and right. On this occasion though, Lesnar€™s powerbomb was off its mark and it caused Holly to drop directly on his neck. The broken neck caused Holly to be out of action for over thirteen months, and when he returned he challenged Lesnar to a WWE Championship match at Royal Rumble 2004, but lost the match. While the other matches may have had a lot of blood and a lot of violent looking imagery, it was this one botched powerbomb in this otherwise standard looking match that ironically made it one of Lesnar€™s most violent moments in a wrestling ring. WWE fans should pray that Lesnar doesn€™t end up breaking Cena€™s neck at Night of Champions.
