4. Lesnar vs. Hulk Hogan (Smackdown, August 8, 2002)
What cha gonna do when Hulkamania gets the life squeezed out by Brock Lesnar? Probably crawl into a corner and cry. Thats what many Hulk Hogan fans had to do when they saw their idol, their beloved Hulk Hogan pass out to Brock Lesnars bear hug. It was a shocking moment that nobody saw coming. How could they? Hulk Hogan was The Immortal one, the man who stood right back up, delivered his shots, nailed the big boot and ended the match with a leg drop. Yet there he was, unconscious and covered in his own blood. As previously mentioned, Brock Lesnar is more than capable of turning Gods into mere men. As if winning wasn't enough, Lesnar then took the blood from Hogans face and smeared it on his chest. The visual it delivered to the fans made it abundantly clear that Brock Lesnar was not a flash in the pan of professional wrestling. As it turns out, the days of domination were only just beginning for Brock as he would eventually meet The Rock at SummerSlam and defeat him to win the Undisputed WWE World Heavyweight Championship. In hindsight, Lesnars 2002 run was pretty similar to his 2014 run. First he defeated a legendary figure in a shocking manner, and then he went on to defeat the fan favorite World Champion. Is there anyone who can stop Lesnar's path of destruction?
