Look up the word 'trainwreck' in the dictionary and you'll probably find the above picture next to it. Lesnar versus Goldberg should have been a classic power match between two hard-hitting, hard-nosed warriors. Instead, it turned into a farce, for a number of reasons. Neither man wanted to be there. 'Mania XX was Goldberg's last contracted WWE appearance and he wanted out badly (he hated his time there). Meanwhile, Lesnar had recently decided that he wanted out as well, sick of the travel and wanting to pursue his American football dreams. The MSG crowd turned on both men and booed the match out of the building, which threw the already-apathetic wrestlers off their game even more. They clearly weren't enjoying the vicious boos or the sarcastic chanting. Goldberg dropped Lesnar with a Jackhammer to put the match out of its misery. Both men received Stone Cold Stunners courtesy of special guest referee Steve Austin afterwards. Brock's last WWE match for eight years.
