27. Vs. Triple H - WrestleMania XXIX

Three of Brock Lesnar's eleven matches since returning in April 2012 have been against The Game. Only one of them has been very good, with the other two being surprisingly boring affairs. Yes, Brock Lesnar and boring in the same sentence. That's the Triple H effect, for you. Their WrestleMania XXIX clash was the worst of the lot. They went for epic but it was totally anticlimactic. It didn't help that they were out there for twenty five minutes, which is at least eight minutes too many. It also didn't help that Triple H positioned himself as an underdog, something that anyone who has ever watched Triple H's career would have trouble believing. And then there was the result, with Triple H selfishly going over Lesnar after a weak pedigree on the steel stairs. It took Lesnar some time to recover from the damage inflicted during the Triple H series.
