Can You Name EVERY WWE King Of The Ring Winner?
Can you name every person to have been crowned the WWE King of the Ring?
Nowadays back to being an annual event, usually taking place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, WWE's King of the Ring tournament plays a pivotal part in shaping the company's summer plans, not least in how the King of the Ring winner - and Queen of the Ring winner, for that matter - earn themselves a guaranteed World Championship shot at SummerSlam.
Beginning life in 1985, the King of the Ring was initially a non-televised live event attraction as a one-night tournament where the eventual winner would receive a crown, with some of those winners going on to take that 'King' mantle to TV. By the time 1993 rolled around, that seventh edition of the King of the Ring tourney became its own PPV, with the opening qualifying round being played out on early episodes of Raw, and the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and grand final taking place on the eponymous PPV event. From there, the competition would run annually through until 2002, and there were a couple of subsequent KOTR relaunches before the tournament was fully brought back in a major way in 2024.
How well do you know your King of the Ring history, though? Hopefully, pretty well, for we've put together a very simple but nicely tricky quiz where you need to name each and every King of the Ring winner - including the winners of those first non-televised tournaments.
While we're on the cusp of crowning the 2026 King of the Ring, let's see if you can name the previous 23 men to, in some cases quite literally, wear that crown.
