CFO$'s 20 Best WWE Themes

8. Ten - Tye Dillinger

It's kind of astonishing that Tye Dillinger was once saddled with the dreaded "choke artist" gimmick, because much of the rest of his branding is clearly based on that of the legendary Curt Hennig. From the obvious use of 'Perfect' as a motif to a focus on excellent fundamentals as a basis for pro graps success, Dillinger owes a lot to everyone's favorite fluffy-haired Hall of Famer.

Dillinger's music is an extension of that debt. Although it is thoroughly modern in its arrangement and instrumentation, its melody calls to mind nothing so much as Perfection, Jim Johnston's royalty-free take on the theme from Exodus. It's not as direct a reference as CFO$' theme for Curtis Axel, which is literally just an update of the elder Hennig's theme, but Ten is likely stronger for standing on its own, much like Dillinger himself.
