Charlotte Flair and Andrade El Idolo have officially gotten married!
As first reported by People.com, the WWE sensation and AEW feature player tied the knot in front of 160 loved ones in Andrade's home country of Mexico. The bride was joined by her eight bridesmaids, her sister and sister-in-law included, while the groom's groomsmen came in the form of Andrade's many uncles.
Notably, Flair had been written off WWE TV in recent weeks as the bride-to-be was clearly readying herself for the happiest day of her life, despite the company's storyline claims of a “fracture of the radius” putting the star out of action indefinitely. This kayfabe injury was suffered during a brutal "I Quit" match with Ronda Rousey over her SmackDown Women's Championship at WrestleMania Backlash; a bout and strap Flair would lose on the night.
But The Queen most definitely appears to be winning at life as the happy couple were joined by a whole host of wrestling stars on their special day, with the likes of Rey Mysterio, Finn Balor, Apollo, Lina Fanene (the former Nia Jax) and, of course, Charlotte's father Ric Flair - who walked his daughter down the aisle - showing their support for the two wrestling lovebirds.
Flair and El Idolo will now reportedly jet off to Costa Rica for a much-deserved honeymoon.
Cheers to the newlyweds!
