Roadblock: End Of The Line saw WWE's seemingly estranged best friends Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho collude to ensure KO retained his Universal Title via disqualification against Roman Reigns, and they were in a celebratory mood on Raw last night.

The duo toasted their success in the opening segment, but the party didn't last. General Manager Mick Foley interrupted with some bad news for Jeri-KO: Reigns will get his Universal Title rematch at the Royal Rumble on January 29th, and Jericho will be locked in a shark cage and hoisted above the ring for the duration.

Jericho got a taste of things to come when Foley shut him in the cage and claimed to have misplaced the key, but he was eventually released. Here's a video of the cage being lowered on Raw:-

Owens' reign has been characterised by interference and shady finishes, and Foley has had enough. Will the cage prevent another? It's possible, but it didn't exactly transpire that way at NXT TakeOver: Toronto.

Manager Paul Ellering was punished for prior interference by being locked-up for The Authors Of Pain's match with TM-61, but still found a way to slip a steel chain to his team and ensure their victory. Do Jericho and Owens have a similar plan up their sleeves? We'll find out in San Antonio.
