CM Punk: 10 Angles For An Epic WrestleMania 30 Return

3. Straight Forward Pipe Bomb

It worked beautifully last time, so why not just run with another Pipe Bomb at WrestleMania 30? It would be great to see Punk emerge on to the WrestleMania stage, sit down and cross his legs, and answer all the questions we have all had racked up over the last few months. A re-boot of 2011 would work perfectly in giving Punk back the edge of character which initially made him so popular. Presumably, this all did start out as a real exit, so more than ever Punk has material to cut an exhilarating worked-shoot. WWE should give him the freedom to address the issues which made him want to leave, the punishing schedule and lack of appreciation he received. He should break the 'fourth wall' again and discuss the terrible creative WWE offered him and his frustration at seeing talent like himself and Daniel Bryan passed over. "I'm back to make a difference," Punk says, "I believe Daniel Bryan will win the WWE Title tonight, and when that happens, I want to be the first man to challenge him at Extreme Rules... we're going to make this a wrestling show again!"
