7. WWE Needs CM Punk... Now More Than Ever
This picture says it all. With Punk gone, the WWE is trying desperately to find talent to replace him. Before a massive outrage ensues, here is the list of top superstars as of May 26th, 2014: John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Daniel Bryan (injured) Arguments can be made for others, but that's the extent of main-event level individual superstars. The Shield doesn't count because they are a team. Sheamus is in the upper-mid card and Cesaro is still on the rise. McMahon and HHH need Punk more than he needs them. That reverts back to the first reason; money will be a gigantic factor in the negotiations in a couple of months. All that matters to Punk are championships. There's room for another one now.
