Apparently, CM Punk wasn't overly thrilled with taking on Triple H at WrestleMania XXX. While nearly every other wrestler in the business would be thrilled with this spot, Punk just wasn't very enthused about the idea. He has openly talked about his desire to main event WrestleMania, and a match against Hunter would mean he'd have to wait at least another year. And that's if it ever happened at all. However, perhaps part of Punk's frustration was how the feud was booked. After all, his last program with Triple H didn't exactly work out so well for him. Maybe to get Punk back in the fold, Triple H and WWE decided to change the course of the story more to Punk's liking. We don't know for sure, but it's possible that Punk was designed to lose the WrestleMania match. As mad as this would make his fans, it does kind of make sense. After all, if Punk is planning on leaving wrestling for good when his contract is up, why would he be the one to go over? Now, we don't know what is going to happen. If WWE stays course, and goes through with the planned feud, Punk may now come out on top. Or maybe there will be some sort of screwy finish that will still leave both sides satisfied. As of right now, it looks like we're headed toward a Daniel Bryan vs. HHH match at Mania, but Bryan could easily be moved out of that match, and into the Randy Orton/Batista feud so he could finally capture the gold. And speaking of Bryan...
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
