5. Daniel Bryan

CM Punk vs. Daniel Brayn would be a dream match for a lot of fans. While they have faced off against each other on multiple occasions, they haven't battled since Bryan exploded in popularity. It would be interesting if Punk started to heel it up a bit, but it wouldn't be necessary. The two could go in as babyfaces, and Punk could "pass the torch" to the new favorite of the hardcore fans. If they were given enough time, it could easily be a WrestleMania classic. With Batista taking on Randy Orton that night, fans are going to be angry. Having Bryan vs. Punk in a high-profile match could help appease them. If this does end up being Punk's last run, it's possible that he'd want to go out by wrestling someone that he truly respects. Bryan and him have a similar background, as they both spent years on the independent scene and in Ring of Honor before ever getting their chance in the major leagues. Once they made the WWE roster, they were both mocked on and off screen for their image and lifestyle. They're both also wildly respected for their in-ring work, and considered among the best of this generation. It would be a fitting way for Punk leave WWE by having a final classic match with someone who is so similar and passionate, and who also happens to be the most beloved wrestler on the roster.
