CM Punk's 10 Greatest Heel WWE Moments

2. CM Punk Attacks The Undertaker

€œWe gave you attitude and you couldn€™t handle it.€ Those were the words of Paul Heyman weeks after CM Punk and Paul Heyman interrupted the Undertaker€™s tribute the recently deceased Paul Bearer - little did we know there was more to come. The last segment before WrestleMania, the Undertaker was in the ring challenging Punk and letting him know that his legendary streak was going to remain in tact. The lights went out and the haunting harmony associated with the Undertaker played as druids appeared on the entrance ramp, Paul Bearer€™s famous €˜oh yeah€™ played on the speakers and Paul Heyman appeared with the Deadman€™s urn, dressed as his former manager. Undertaker furiously confronted Heyman and the druids before CM Punk attacked him from behind having been disguised as a druid, taking the urn and hitting the Deadman with it over and over. For weeks, CM Punk had been poking the bear, probing at its very last nerve until he just took the nearest stick and slapped the bear across the face. It was an uncomfortable moment for fans when CM Punk drowned the Undertaker in ashes (supposedly symbolising Paul Bearer€™s ashes), it was a dastardly, heinous act of pure evil. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSPdIpe3jWY Fans wanted WWE to push the boundaries again, and CM Punk certainly did that as much as possible during his final heel run in WWE, and this attack on the Undertaker will go down as one of his finest moments as a heel.
