Corey Graves is no longer listed on WWE's "no contact" list, having resided there for the best part of eight years.

This is according to Fightful Select. After speaking with people close to the situation, the outlet has learned that WWE doctors cleared Graves sometime in 2021. This has not been confirmed by the company itself, however.

Graves had been on the "no contact" list for a long, long time, though he engaged in his first physical action for WWE since 2014 during Raw's 8 November 2021 episode, pinning Akira Tozawa to become 24/7 Champion. He was then defeated by Byon Saxton seconds later.

Fightful state that several pitches related to Graves have been made, though there's no word on if these came from the creative team or Corey himself.

A WWE developmental wrestler since 2011, Graves was forced into early retirement in 2014, citing concussion issues when breaking the news at that year's TakeOver: R Evolution event. That show also saw him announce he'd be transitioning into the NXT announce booth. Graves has only risen in prominence since then, and currently works as Raw's colour commentator.

Graves is yet to comment on the matter himself, though he tweeted the following last night:-

The 37-year-old's last match took place at WrestleMania Axxess on 5 April 2014.
