6. Ladder Match, Intercontinental Championship - WrestleMania 31 (2015)
By 2015, the Yes! Movement was the stuff of legend, and yet Daniel Bryan was not in the WrestleMania main event. At least we got a super-crazy Intercontinental Championship ladder match as a consolation prize.
The match itself was very inventive and entertaining, and was a worthy substitute for the WrestleMania Money In The Bank matches of years prior. It also makes for some highly interesting retrospecting viewing, as it contains AEW's Cody Rhodes, Jon Moxley-aka-Dean Ambrose, AND the mighty Luke Harper, all in one WWE WrestleMania brawl.
Daniel Bryan's headbutt contest with Dolph Ziggler atop a ladder was an excellent way to conclude the match, and having Bryan capture gold once again gave the people what they wanted... to an extent.
Daniel Bryan clearly didn't have any problem with opening the show. There was also no doubt that he gave it 110%. But given everything he'd accomplished in front of a WrestleMania crowd just one year prior, there was that small sense that Bryan's push to the moon was a one-shot deal. To this day, that fact kind of remains.
