Did WWE Just Book A Mini-Evolution Reunion On Raw?

It's a mystery...

'Dirtiest Player In The Game'.

That's what living legend Ric Flair has been referred to since the 1980s, and he lived up to the nickname on last night's episode of Raw. WWE booked Flair to sucker Christian in by tugging at his heartstrings, then low blow the sh*t out of him during an in-ring angle-come-match with Randy Orton.

After that sting in the tail, Orton punted Christian in the head and pinned him.

The question is: Did WWE just tease that a mini, revamped version of Evolution is on the comeback trail? Whilst it seems pretty unlikely that Ric will start managing and teaming up with Randy like he did many moons ago between 2002-2004, nobody should totally rule it out.

2020 has been hella' weird thus far, so would it really be a huge stretch for WWE to use Flair this way? He and Orton have natural chemistry, and it'd give the 'Nature Boy' one last meaningful role in the company as a non-wrestler.

Or, this writer is just reading into a one-off appearance too much. Yeah, that's probably it, but it's intriguing to think that Evolution angles are still running riot 16 years after the group disbanded.
