Edge & Randy Orton Returning To WWE Raw Next Week

The warring duo will return for the first time since WrestleMania 36.

Edge and Randy Orton are both set to return to WWE for next week's episode of Raw.

This comes from the promotion themselves, who aired an advertisement for the WrestleMania 36 rivals during last night's episode, hyping both up as part of the same video package. There's no word on whether or not their comebacks will be linked or if they'll go in separate directions.

The former Rated RKO partners engaged in a brutal, divisive Last Man Standing clash at 'The Showcase of the Immortals,' brawling all over the Performance Center before Edge finally put Orton down with a Con-Chair-To atop a production truck.

'The Rated R Superstar' is in the midst of a comeback year gone awry thanks to the ongoing global health crisis. Having mounted one of the most incredible returns in Royal Rumble history, he deserved a big WrestleMania blowout inside a red-hot, packed arena. Instead, he and Orton were forced to slug it out in silence.

Nothing could have been done about that, of course, but it's a shame nonetheless, and it's hard not to feel sorry for Edge.

Let's see what WWE has planned from his and Orton's returns.
