1. A Wonderful Retirement Speech
While not the happiest moment of Edge's illustrious 15-year WWE career, it was certainly his finest. Unlike when Daniel Bryan gave his retirement speech earlier this year, Edge was not given time to prepare for life outside of professional wrestling.
Once the results of his MRI had become clear, the damage done to Edge's neck was so severe that continuing to perform in the ring could have very easily resulted in him living the rest of his life in a wheelchair. It was a miracle that wasn't already the case.
Tasked with breaking the news to the WWE Universe, Edge handled the situation incredibly well despite being obviously troubled by the decision. Chances are most wrestlers couldn't have handled a sudden retirement quite like The Rated-R Superstar did that night.
Being able to leave WWE on a high note considering the circumstances makes this Edge's finest moment by far.
