20. Robbie Eagles

Bullet Club Collage 2
NJPW

Though he technically debuted for New Japan as part of the Fallout Down Under tour of Australia last year, Oceanic phenom Robbie Eagles did join Bullet Club until Bad Luck Fale confirmed he'd partner Taiji Ishimori in October's Super Junior Tag Tournament. Those bouts (plus an arbitrary Power Struggle 2018 six-man) remain his only matches on Japanese soil.

Eagles looked strong in the tournament, showing the kind of high-flying form that has made him a star of Australia's burgeoning indie scene, and one of PWG's more popular performers. 2019 should bring bigger NJPW opportunities. Until then, we can't place him higher.
