8. WWE SmackDown (Mar 13)

Undoubtedly the most high-profile casualty of the situation thus far (at least until Raw airs under similar circumstances tonight) has been the televised broadcast of this week's WWE SmackDown. When Fox put their hands deep, deep, deep into their pockets for the broadcasting rights this is not a situation they'd have likely predicted.

The entire show, with the usual commercial breaks, performed and broadcast in front of a few dozen empty chairs at the WWE Performance Centre. No crowd, no atmosphere, no comedy signs up in the gods for production to cut to, just the wrestlers and the ring.

Just to add the sense of surrealism, Triple H joined Michael Cole on commentary for an impromptu double-act that, interestingly, saw The Game more than happy to make light of both the situation and his employers. It'll definitely go down as a SmackDown for the ages... provided it doesn't just become the norm for the next few months.
