What were they doing at the time?

If you can believe it, they were defeating the team that would go on to become the WWE-branded best doubles act in company history. Back in 2012, Titus O'Neil and Darren Young looked the more likely of the pairs to succeed between them and The Usos, following Jimmy and Jey's middling start to life on the main roster. Having feuded with each other endlessly during the bizarre NXT Redemption era shortly before the move to Full Sail, they decided they were better off together than apart. As this match aired, there was absolutely no doubt which of the two units were higher in the pecking order. It wasn't Big Jim and his future World Heavyweight Champion brother.

What are they doing now?

Titus O'Neil remains with WWE in an ambassadorial capacity, and entered the Hall Of Fame in 2020 via the now-defunct Warrior Award. Known for his charitable endeavours, he's provides great PR for the market leader for simply being a good egg in a company known historically for having some of the most rotten ones in industry history.  Darren Young, meanwhile, rebuilt his entire career and wrestling legacy the second he parted ways with WWE in 2017. Going by Fred Rosser on the indies, he put together an extremely well-regarded run in NJPW that exists to this day. Though never really troubling the top of the card, he's been reliable and credible when it comes to looking at the lights, with his latest most high-profile jobs being for incoming AEW star David Finlay and Sting's son Steven Borden.
