One of the contemporary rule-proving exceptions to the gravitas of the 'Paul Heyman Guy' label, Cesaro's relationship with 'The Advocate' was under-thought to the point where it looks closer to a burial of Heyman than a push for his client.

The working relationship wasn't ever fully fleshed out, to the point where all of Cesaro's newfound babyface momentum before their union was flushed away.
