In what was surely a match for the ages, in season 4 episode 'Last Exist To Springfield' Homer is seen watching an advertisement for an upcoming wrestling match.

Promoted as 'Live from the Springfield Grapplarium' Doctor Hillbilly was to take on The Iron Yuppie in a Texas Death Match. The announced claimed that "One man will actually be unmasked and killed in the ring!". Homer responds to this with "I hope they kill that Iron Yuppie. Thinks he's so big."

Shows that The Iron Yuppie was definitely an effective heel.
