Every Version Of WWE's Demon Finn Bálor: Ranked From Worst To Best

2. TakeOver: Dallas

For NXT’s event in Dallas during WrestleMania weekend, Finn Bálor broke out perhaps his most outlandish and unique embodiment of the Demon to date. No longer was the character chained to a purely red and black look as his championship defense against Samoa Joe saw a wash of blue prominently added to the getup.

His wrestling trunks were almost entirely blue with further blue accents incorporated into the rest of his gear, as well as his headdress and paint scheme. Shockingly, this version of the Demon also lacked any sort of painted back piece, eschewing tradition to that point. But what it lacked in paint, Bálor compensated with added entrance theatrics.

In a tribute to the classic Texas Chainsaw Massacre film, the Demon appeared cloaked in a sleeveless trench — reminiscent of the butcher apron worn by the movie's murderous Leatherface. Finn further channelled the masked madman by carrying a chainsaw with him to the ring -- loudly revving it while he wildly swung it around. It was the most exciting entrance of the Demon in history. But the alter ego's look was trumped nearly a year prior during a Network special in the Far East.
