Carmelo Hayes might be Him, but Bron Breakker's two stints with the NXT Championship will forever reflect a tough but ultimately successful transitional period for the show.

Though his defences weren't always up to par, his push from day one of 2.0 to the top of the mountain made the rebranded show look like a more effective developmental vehicle than many Triple H indulgences that came before it.
