Only Hulk Hogan could embody the first WWE Championships of the era we're covering here, not least because he was the only f*cker holding them.

'The Hulkster' had some beauties over the years before Andre The Giant and Ted Dibiase conspired to topple him immediately after the introduction of the iconic Winged Eagle design. The epitome of class, WWE's belts were reflective of McMahon's attempts to make the market leader the industry standard.
