A good Intercontinental Champion in a time where he needed to be great in order to truly shine amongst the galaxy of WWE megastars, Ken Shamrock never really belonged as a corporate henchmen despite spending much of his time with the group draped in gold.

All the midcard titles were hot potatoes as per Vince Russo's revolution in 1999, leaving Shamrock's prior reign almost entirely anonymous in the memory.
