Every WWE Elimination Chamber Match Ranked Worst To Best
18. 2012 WWE Championship
This Elimination Chamber affair had the potential to be one of the very best wrestled matches in the history of the event. Unfortunately, it was another in an expanding line of Chamber matches that were just average.
There were not any glaring issues with this match as Kofi Kingston showed signs of what would later become KofiMania. Dolph Ziggler and The Miz proved why they were, and continue to be, two of the most dependable wrestlers on WWE's roster. CM Punk going from start to finish to defend his WWE Championship continued to cement the dominance of his championship reign. Having R-Truth in the Elimination Chamber is something that wrestling fans could probably have gone our entire lives without seeing.
The only true issue was Chris Jericho being medically disqualified in storyline from the match because of a CM Punk kick to the head and falling out of the Chamber. WWE presents the Elimination Chamber as its most dangerous and sadistic structure, and having one of the biggest stars removed because of a kick slightly takes away from the potential violence of the match.
