Every WWE Elimination Chamber Match Ranked Worst To Best
12. 2019 WWE Championship
In 2014, the main story of the Elimination Chamber was the Yes! Movement in full swing as Daniel Bryan fought off The Authority. Five years later, the roles were reversed as Bryan was trying to stomp out the rise of Kofi Kingston after his breakout performance in SmackDown's gauntlet match five nights prior.
While there was little doubt that 'The New' Daniel Bryan would retain his championship, don't think this match wasn't action packed from start to finish. Bryan and Samoa Joe started the match and rekindled their rivalry dating back nearly two decades. Jeff Hardy hit a Swanton Bomb only to be hit by a Bryan running knee and eliminated. Next, Randy Orton reversed a Phenomenal Forearm into an RKO, a move the two have improved drastically over time.
The finish was near perfection, as Kingston hit a Trouble in Paradise on Orton, expelling his longtime rival from the match. After another Trouble in Paradise to Bryan, it was as close as possible for The New Day member becoming WWE Champion. Bryan would then avoid a diving cross body from the top of the pod before hitting a running knee for the win.
While fans would have been ecstatic to see the 11-year veteran win the WWE Championship on this night, it set the stage for fans to be sent on the ride of a lifetime for what would turn into KofiMania.
