Every WWE Money In The Bank Winner Ranked From Worst To Best
14. Daniel Bryan
Time With Contract Before Cash-In: 154 Days
No matter how many times WWE claim every bit of Daniel Bryan's success within their system, just about every dollar he ever made was one he earned. Naturally, that extends to his Money In The Bank cash-in, which begat both the heel turn that revitalised his flagging run, and the catchphrase that defined his inexorable return to the babyface ranks.
After defying the odds somewhat with victory in 2011, Bryan initially pledged to wait until WrestleMania to maximise the scope of his opportunity. Going back on that promise when he cashed in at December's TLC pay-per-view was step one of switching his allegiances, lifting the self-aggrandising "YES!" gesture from Diego Sanchez was part two.
The galvanising response to his infamous 18-second loss at WrestleMania was shaped around this moment. Initially sublime as a ratty villain, he'd already made himself too fun to hate.
