Time With Contract Before Cash-In: 35 Days

Randy Orton's Money In The Bank victory was much like his cash-in - all about somebody else's story.

In 2013's titular main event, his victory was overshadowed by Paul Heyman's violent heel turn on CM Punk. At SummerSlam, when he cashed in the contract and revealed an evil alliance with Triple H, the crowd were deep in love with Daniel Bryan and didn't care for the new adversity he had to face following his win over john Cena.

'The Viper', as he did many times over the years, appeared to serve a necessary purpose. But as weeks became months and both Punk and Bryan fell further and further away from main event contention fans clamoured for, questions were asked if that was actually the case.
