Every WWE Raw Intro Ranked – From Worst To Best

1. 1999

In at number one though, it’s nigh on impossible to overlook the intro that was used during the very height of the Attitude Era in 1999.

Again, it’s that awesome combo of “Thorn in Your Eye” and “We’re All Together Now” that provides us with our dose of audio goodness, while Stone Cold Steve Austin, the Undertaker, the Rock, D-Generation X and so many more take care of the visual component.

On top of those names, it’s also very telling that we saw an array of hardcore moments spliced into the footage. There were thumbtacks, steel chairs, blood, beer and broken announce tables in a montage that perfectly summed up the attitude (no pun intended) of the times.

Earlier I mentioned that in a few years’ time, we may one day regard the current Raw intro as one of the greatest in history. No matter what happens though, I can’t see it ousting this one as arguably the best Raw intro of all time.

Of course, that’s just my opinion and you’re more than welcome to disagree with me in the comments below! Let me know what you thought of the list and do feel free to argue the case of any editions that I may have been too generous, or too harsh, in ranking.

Elliott Binks hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
