Every WWE Raw Opening Theme Song Ranked From Worst To Best

2. 'Across The Nation' By The Union Underground

Used: 2002 - 2006

Every bit as synonymous with Raw as some of the red brand's Attitude Era sounds, 'Across The Nation' officially allowed the WWE to go all in on its Ruthless Aggression era with a theme song that encapsulated everything its programming represented.

It's louder and more aggressive than any of the show's other opening themes and, given that we can also describe the Ruthless Aggression era in that way, it's safe to say it was the perfect choice. But it's also incredibly memorable - with the "Move to the music" chorus that was regularly used as the bumper theme as well easily finding its way into your head and not-so-easily finding its way out.

Those who grew up with this one will see it as being Raw's very best opening theme and it's easy to see why - because even without the rose-tinted glasses of nostalgia, it holds up really well. And, in all honesty, it's more Raw than Raw itself has been in years.
