Poor Shinsuke. The reason why he's ranked above many other guys is because he actually won the U.S./IC Title a considerable amount of times and he has a pretty cool entrance theme.
Really, there is nothing to say about Shinsuke Nakamura as champion, which is a shame. He had feuds (if we can even call them that) with the likes of Jeff Hardy, Rusev and Ali, and recently found a new manager in Sami Zayn.
