24. Bending The Rules (2012)

The Marine The Condemned Scorpion King Inside Out
WWE Studios

Starring: Edge

Proof that a decent budget and strong supporting line-up can make these films more than totally disposable, Bending the Rules is a watchable, if undeniably corny, buddy cop movie that, at its best, shows how effortlessly relaxed the Rated-R Superstar is behind the camera.

Sure, pairing him with Jamie Kennedy (who was well into his career downslide at this point) isn't the best thing ever, but the two have a decent enough rapport, ensuring that the forgettable crime caper story isn't especially torturous.

At least it makes something of its New Orleans setting and benefits substantially from the performances of Arrested Development's Jessica Walter and acting legend Philip Baker Hall.
