Every WWE Studios Movie - Ranked From Worst To Best

13. The Scorpion King (2002)

The Marine The Condemned Scorpion King Inside Out
WWE Studios

Starring: The Rock

This is the big one: the very first WWE Studios film and the one that began The Rock's epic journey to movie superstardom. With a $60 million budget and Hollywood director in the form of Chuck Russell (The Mask, Eraser), it proved that the WWE could produce professional-looking movies with enough effort.

Yes, The Scorpion King is outrageously cheesy and The Rock is clearly still struggling to find his feet as an actor here, but the action is entertaining, and the over-the-top, big-budget madness of it all has a certain infectious enjoyment to it.

Plus, considering what it led to for The Rock, it's hard to deny its importance in movie history.
