Every WWE Studios Movie - Ranked From Worst To Best
2. That's What I Am (2011)
Starring: Randy Orton
Well, what a surprise this was. By far the classiest movie with the WWE Studios label on it, this period coming-of-age dramedy may be relatively familiar, but it's shot through with a genuinely sweet, affecting script, solid direction and a terrific performance from Ed Harris.
That's right, Ed freaking Harris appeared in a WWE movie, and a good one at that. Randy Orton has an inevitable cameo as a homophobic dad, but even he's pretty good here, sticking well within his wheelhouse and pulling it off accordingly.
It's the child actors who run away with the film ultimately, though, making the angst, heartbreak and joy feel so real. It's a shame that, of all the movies this studio has made, this is one people really don't remember, and to add insult to injury, it bombed at the box office (making a laughable $6,400 in the U.S.).
