Every WWE Survivor Series Ranked - From Worst To Best
25. 2004
The Undertaker vs. Heidenreich? A one and a half minute Trish Stratus/Lita match? JBL vs. Booker T? Maven and Snitsky in the main event? No, the 2004 Survivor Series does not look good on paper and it wasn't much better in reality.
Shelton Benjamin and Christian had a decent Intercontinental Championship match early on in the show, but there really wasn't much else to hang your hat on here. The Team Guerrero (Eddie, Big Show, RVD, Cena) vs. Team Angle (Kurt, Luther Reigns, Mark Jindrak, Carlito) elimination match wasn't terrible, but it wasn't exactly good.
This show happened, people watched it, nobody remembers it.
24. 2010
In 2010 it was announced that the future of Survivor Series was in jeopardy. Well, it wasn't in jeopardy in truth, it was finished, as Vince McMahon had announced that the name would be dropped and the event rebranded. But before WWE could run WWE Wrath or WWE Miffed (not real names), fans let the company know how much they hated the idea and Survivor Series was saved.
WWE responded by giving us a show that was solidly mediocre, featuring a surprisingly great match between Sheamus and John Morrison as well as further proof that it had well and truly messed up the previously-hot Nexus angle.
Wade Barrett came up short against Randy Orton in the main event, a result which meant John Cena was fired. Luckily for members of the Cenation, the word 'fired' in Cenish means 'show up every week regardless'.
