Former WWE NXT star Taya Valkyrie thinks the company will be sold outright within the next few years.

The artist formerly known as Franky Monet has been rather vocal since being released from her WWE contract on 4 November. Taya quoted a (now deleted) tweet from the FITE TV account and said that it's only a matter of time before Vince McMahon sells up to the highest bidder.

Some wrestling fans chimed in, and they weren't exactly happy with what Valkyrie was saying.

This led to some fiery back-and-forth exchanges between the ex-WWE women's star and her followers. During a remarkable series of tweets, Valkyrie ranged between pouring her heart out and cutting negative responses down.

In one post, she said that finally reaching WWE following 12 long years of hard graft was "absolutely disappointing". In another, Taya said she refused "to be silenced by dumb ass trolls". Then, in perhaps the most heated reply, Valkyrie told another fan, "You need to f*ck right off".

Taya won't entertain any positivity about WWE's business practices or its future. She closed one tweet by saying, "I will always have a voice".
