In a major case of WTF (trademark: Hurricane Helms), this past Monday’s Raw saw a fan arrested for filming people using the bathroom.

Courtesy of WKYT, an individual was arrested for filming a Snapchat video of people urinating at the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, Tennessee. And not just that, but one of the people videoed was a police officer.

The person accused of recording this questionable content has been named as Tyler Bollinger, who at first denied the accusations. According to reports, a man and his son reported Bollinger for the recording.

Originally, Bollinger refuted these claims.

After admitting that he’d sank six alcoholic beverages, Bollinger gave up his phone to the cops – who promptly found video evidence of Bollinger doing exactly what he’d initially denied he’d done.

The end result of this frankly ridiculous and creepy act was Tyler Bollinger being charged with disseminating unlawful photographs and public intoxication, and Bollinger will be soon making a court appearance to answer these charges.

And yes, you really did read all of the above correctly. And yes, it really is as nuts and as outright perverted as it initially sounded.
