For the first time since WrestleMania XX, Goldberg has returned to WWE. Even more amazing, is that he’s revealed he's going to be stepping into the ring once more. At 49 years old, he has accepted Brock Lesnar's challenge to battle him in a rematch from over a decade ago.

For a brief time in the late ‘90s, perhaps only Steve Austin and The Rock surpassed Goldberg in popularity. He was crazy over, and pushed as the most dominant man in the entire wrestling business. While he wasn’t the best in-ring worker, no one could match him in pure intensity. Fans across the country exploded whenever he came out, greeting him with a thunderous “Goooooooldberg" chant. To top it off, there was his lengthy winning streak, which was one of the most exciting success stories of the Monday Night Wars.

After WCW went out of business, Goldberg eventually joined WWE. Due to a variety of factors, it ended up being a bit of a letdown, but there were still a couple of great moments that he took part in during that time. And while his years in wrestling were limited, as we witnessed by his return to Raw, he has certainly made a lasting impression with the fans.

With his surprising return to WWE, now is the perfect time to look back on his career and remember the excitement that he brought to the business.

Here are Goldberg’s 10 best moments.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
