Grudge Match, Tournament Finals Set For Next Week's WWE NXT

Legado Del Fantasma, Hit Row, Breakout Tournament, and more on NXT next week!

Odyssey Jones Carmelo Hayes

A trio of matches has been confirmed for next week's episode of NXT.

Carmelo Hayes will meet Odyssey Jones in the ongoing Breakout Tournament's final. This comes following Hayes' semi-final victory over Duke Hudson last night and Jones' quickfire defeat of Trey Baxter the previous week. The duo engaged in a brief stare-down on Tuesday, doing so ahead of a match that guarantees the winner a title shot of their choosing.

Next week will also feature a singles match between Timothy Thatcher and Ridge Holland, which comes after Holland called Thatcher out on last night's show. The Englishman attacked Thatcher and tag partner Tommaso Ciampa in his NXT comeback angle last month, having sat on the shelf for close to a year, with all of this likely leading to Holland and Pete Dunne vs. Thatcher and Ciampa.

The Legado Del Fantasma vs. Hit Row feud will continue in a six-man tag pitting Santos Escobar, Raul Mendoza, and Joaquin Wilde against Ashante 'Thee' Adonis, Top Dolla, and Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott. The two sides brawled in the parking lot last night following LDF stealing Scott's grill recently.

Expect further card announcements for this post-TakeOver 36 show closer to the time.
