On last night's edition of WWE NXT (February 18), the Hardy Boyz made their first appearance together in a WWE setting for six years.

Early in the show, the No Quarter Catch Crew team of Tavion Heights and Myles Bourne called TNA World Tag Team champions Matt and Jeff Hardy out for a title match on next week's NXT broadcast, which is set to emanate from the Andrew J Brady Music Center in Cincinatti, Ohio next week. (This venue also played host to the January 15 episode of AEW Dynamite).

In a video promo, the Hardyz later answered the challenge with a resounding "yes".

Notably, the No Quarter Catch Crew team were filmed alongside the NXT Tag Team champions Fraxiom (Nathan Frazer and Axiom) when issuing the challenge. The Hardyz invited Fraxiom to "pull up a front row seat" and watch them beat the NQCC. This is not the first time that the Hardyz and Fraxiom have interacted. On last week's edition of iMPACT WRESTLING, the Hardyz interrupted Fraxiom's promo to express their respect towards the team. Fraxiom had also appeared at Genesis on January 19 to take in Matt and Jeff's successful title defence against Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz.

One does not require much prescience to arrive at the idea that a match between Fraxiom and the Hardyz, on WWE soil, is in the works here. Potential destinations include Roadblock (March 11) and WrestleMania Weekend show Stand & Deliver (April 19).
