How R-Truth & New Day Changed WWE's Locker Room Forever

It turns out that the "Power Of Positivity" isn't just a WWE catchphrase.

WWE's international tours are gruelling.

There are countless stories, stretching from the 1990s through to today, of workers grinding for anywhere between two-four weeks on the road. Barely any time off, crammed onto tour buses and weary from travel, the roster must be exhausted.

Ex-WWE star Fandango told the 'Felger & Mazz' show that he was certainly done in following a Euro sprint several years ago. The crew returned to North America, but the show never stopped - WWE went right back to business domestically, and 'Dango was beat.

Then, he ran into New Day and R-Truth, and everything changed.

Big E, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Truth were on the same tour as Fandango, but they were smiling from ear-to-ear and refused to let the grind get them down. That raised 'Dango's spirits immediately, and he wasn't alone. The entire roster found that New Day/Truth positivity infectious, and it rubbed off on them.

That's something Fandango will never forget. He admits he had a tendency to be "a little negative" every now and then, but not around that foursome. They'd bounce in grinning, crack jokes and get everybody smiling. In short, they changed WWE's locker room culture.
