How The Fiend Could Affect These 8 WWE Superstars

7. Robert Roode

Regardless of being regularly featured on SmackDown from week to week, the last year or two haven't exactly been all that Glorious for Robert Roode - and that's not even taking into account his recent suspension for violating WWE's Wellness Policy.

Since leaving NXT behind, Roode has become United States Champion and a two-time Raw Tag Team Champion, but his star currently shines a whole lot duller than during those days in which Bobby Roode ruled the NXT roost.

Not every grappler who was a big deal in NXT can be the same sort of top tier player on Raw or SmackDown, of course, yet it feels as if there's still more that could be done with Roode on WWE's blue brand. Tagging with Dolph Ziggler and backing up Baron Corbin is fine in terms of getting Robert Roode consistent TV time, although a run-in with 'the Fiend' Bray Wyatt would be one way to jump-start the former NXT Champion's stalling career.

Roode as a solitary heel who views every other superstar as being beneath him is a far better proposition than what the Glorious One has been up to in recent months.
