Raw Women's Champion Asuka will go one-on-one with SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley on this week's episode of Monday Night Raw.
Fresh off the back of costing Sasha Banks her match against NXT Champion Io Shirai at NXT: The Great American Bash, The Empress of Tomorrow will face one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions and current Women's blue brand title holder Bayley.
The two stars' tag partners will also be present at ringside, with this reportedly set to be one of Kairi Sane's last appearances in WWE after news broke of her exiting the company to return home to her husband in Japan.
Asuka will defend her belt against Bayley's teammate Sasha Banks at the upcoming Extreme Rules: The Horror Show event on July 19, so expect The Boss to do all she can to frustrate her opponent during this Monday night battle.
After losing her and WWE Champion Drew McIntyre's tag match against Banks and Dolph Ziggler last week, The Empress of Tomorrow will no doubt be looking to get back to winning ways on Raw.
