Teddy Long has shared a new story from Wrestler's Court, explaining that he was once handed an internal WWE trial for "selling Viagra to the boys."

Speaking with The Undertaker on his Six Feet Under podcast, Long got into the story after a reference to another, ahem, male stimulant, Blue Chew. "You're talking to the man who invented Blue Chew," he said.

The former WWE referee and General Manager then explained the concept of WWE's backstage courtroom (h/t WrestlingNews.co):

“We had a thing that we called wrestler’s court. Anytime you get in trouble or something or you do the wrong thing, they take you to wrestler’s court. Well, I ended up having to go to wrestler’s court and they took me to wrestler’s court for selling Viagra to the boys."

Infamously, The Undertaker was often seen as the judge of Wrestler's Court, doling out whatever punishments he saw fit. Countless horror stories have emerged from this environment over the decades.

Speaking with 'Taker, Long explained that he didn't have a judge for his Wrestler's Court appearance. He ended up finding Mae Young. Young provided representation, but screwed up, ultimately leading to Teddy's "sentencing":

"So, the day that they served me papers to go to court I got no lawyer. So I’m walking around the locker room trying to find a lawyer. I end up finding Mae Young, God rest her soul. I said Mae will you be my lawyer, I’m in wrestler’s court, I need a lawyer. When I brought Mae Young in, I almost had them and then Mae Young screwed up and called Viagra, Niagra. That’s what got me sentenced."

Long's punishment? Supplying the roster with beer and fried chicken for a month:

"'Taker sentenced me to buying chicken and beer for about a month for JBL and somebody else. I had to buy Kentucky Fried Chicken and beer for about a month.”

Long revealed on Six Feet Under that he had "plenty of [Viagra]" as a doctor he knew would frequently send him samples.

Among the wrestlers Long supplied Viagra too was Viscera. According to Teddy, the big man was having problems downstairs. When the former Mabel took the pills, however, he could "peel an orange in his pocket":

“I sold some to Viscera… he came to me and he said, ‘I don’t know what that was. I looked down and I said who’s penis is this? Who does this belong to?’ He would take them and didn’t have no girl around… Viscera was the only guy I know who could peel an orange in his pocket.”

Long has been in and out of WWE since 1998, working as a referee, manager, and General Manager until 2014, after which his appearances became more sporadic. The 77-year-old was inducted into the company's Hall of Fame in 2017.
