If WWE Was Being Honest About RETRIBUTION

WWE Retribution
WWE

Why is "You mock my brother Slapjack" so f*cking funny? Is it simply because "Slapjack" is so funny? Or is it because it's difficult to form a brotherly bond with "Slapjack" in the literal days he'd taken on the new name? Slapjack is not your brother, mate, he was called Shane Thorne on Sunday.

But then, it's hard not to sympathise with... this terrifying force created to kill everything you ostensibly hold dear. They're mugging this bullsh*t off just like this article is and just like every meme you like did.

If WWE was being honest, they'd acknowledge that literally everything about RETRIBUTION is the opposite of what it is intended to be. They aren't allowed to destroy anything. They are hilarious. They have become the laughing stock of professional wrestling. They are not vaguely intimidating nor powerful because they don't do anything dangerous. Who gives a f*ck about a glass door in the Performance Center?

Just put some c*nt in the hospital, lads, for f*ck's sake. Only, because everything is so institutionally knackered, the promo would undermine that.

"We have sent your best so-called Superstars to the local medical facility! We are RETRIBUTION!"

This is the worst thing WWE has done all year, and WWE this year promoted a match determined by which participant had his eyeball removed first.

Sell your shares, for they are the stock... of contempt.
