Countless celebrities have to deal with fans begging them for a quick picture or recording them in public, but few (if any) deal with it the way WWE star John Cena does.

A recent clip posted to TikTok by @theoriginalityshow (shared via Reddit) revealed John's unique attitude when fans start shooting video without asking for permission. In it, someone asked Cena for a picture, but he looped back around to remind them he's "a big fan of consent" - JC is cool with being filmed, but he just wants people to ask first.

For reference, the fan filming appeared to be wearing Ray-Ban Meta glasses. A quick button press enables those specs to record a POV clip, which appears to be what Cena sniffed out. In fairness, the fan understood what was being said, but that's when things got really interesting.

Later, footage was shown of John apologising to the fan for putting him on blast. Others around them had their phones out and were likely recording too, but that guy just happened to catch Cena in the heat of the moment. When chatting for a second time, JC said that he appreciated the fan's interest and was just caught up in the "chaos" of things happening around them.

Things ended on a positive note, which really just goes to show how slick and switched on Cena is when it comes to dealing with this sort of thing publicly. He torched the fan for filming without consent, then talked it out properly.

Guy's lucky he didn't get a pipebomb promo like the one Cena cut on CM Punk during last week's episode of SmackDown!
