3. Impact Knockouts Title: Tessa Blanchard (c) Vs. Taya Valkyrie

Result: Tessa lands the Magnum to retain the title (10:36).

Rating: This was physical as hell and really had the knockdown, drag-out appeal of a major title fight as a result.

It was a little sloppy in places, especially in the early going, but there were some terrific near-falls and nasty submission attempts from Taya, ensuring she was thoroughly believable as the contender here.

The distraction spot with the ref was terrible, though, playing extremely poorly on TV even if it wasn't quite as cartoonish as your usual dumb ref spot. Still, the main takeaway is that both champ and contender came out of it looking very good, and they did fine work with the short time they had. 7/10
